ServiceReady

Privacy notice

How we handle information about the people who use ServiceReady at work.

What we hold

Your name, work email, phone number if you give one, the area and location you work in, your access level, and the work you record in the app — shift notes, prep and waste entries, stock counts, orders, schedules, time-off and swap requests, training results, and problems you report. We also keep a record of who changed what, so managers can see how a number came to be.

Why we hold it

To run the service: to show the right screens to the right people, hand information between shifts, cost the menu, plan rotas, and keep a reliable record for the business. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your records are visible to you and to management at your own location. People at other locations cannot see them. Passwords are stored only as an encrypted one-way value — nobody at ServiceReady can read your password.

Service providers

We use hosting, database and email providers to deliver the service. They process data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Operational records are kept while your employer uses the service and for as long as the business needs them for accounting and employment records. Ask your manager to close your account when you leave.

Your choices

You can view and correct your own name, phone number and password on the Account page, and sign out of other devices from there. To ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted, speak to your manager or email andrew@leanengineering.io.

This notice describes how the software works. Your employer decides what is recorded and is responsible for the information held about you.
